Do you love being outdoors on two wheels and enjoy putting a smile on people's faces? As a Bike Courier for our Coffee Machine Service (start immediately, hourly wage) in Zurich, you will be the face of Gavetti Coffee, delivering an all-round first-class service experience to our corporate clients.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit corporate clients independently with a cargo e-bike in Zurich to represent Gavetti Kaffee.
- Interact actively with customers on-site, addressing questions and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Clean Gavetti coffee machines thoroughly while maintaining strict hygiene guidelines in all surrounding areas.
- Refill essential materials including coffee beans, tea, sugar, and milk.
- Collect and remove compostable coffee ground bags for proper disposal back at the warehouse.
- Document all service steps accurately using our delivery app, scanning products, and taking required photos.
- Prepare your cargo e-bike and materials at the Zurich Binz warehouse before embarking on your daily tour.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your typical working day starts around 3:00 p.m. in the warehouse at Zürich Binz, where you prepare the necessary materials for your cargo e-bike. Once filled, you will start your tour and visit about 7-8 corporate clients daily, which are pre-determined.
On site, you will check the condition of the Gavetti coffee machines, fill materials such as milk, coffee beans, tea and sugar, carry out a thorough cleaning and take customer feedback. Finally, you document all the steps by scanning products, taking photos and entering the data in our delivery app.
Your working day usually ends between 8 and 9 p.m. During your shift, you will work independently, but you can always contact our dispatchers by phone or via our messaging system if necessary, who will help you with any questions or concerns.

YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in service or the food delivery industry with direct customer contact is a plus.
- Strong commitment to customer happiness, paired with an open and warm smile.
- High comfort level and confidence riding a cargo bike through the city in all weather conditions.
- Passion for good coffee and enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with others.
- Complete reliability, independence, precise attention to detail, and good common sense.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; German skills are a big plus.
- Non-smoker - we don't want you to smell like cigarettes, neither at work nor at customer meetings. After all, FELFEL is about good food.
- Valid work permit or Swiss passport.
